Switching 3PLs without going dark.
Most brands that call us already have a provider. The hard part was never choosing. It's moving inventory, rebuilding integrations, and keeping orders shipping while it happens. Here's how we run it.
Orders keep shipping
Your incumbent ships the tail while we ship the front. No dark window.
We own the integration work
Storefront, marketplace and ERP connections are built and tested on our side before cutover.
Peace of mind, handled
We take the operational risk of switching off your plate (integration, inventory transfer, cutover), so you can stay focused on running the business.
The four phases
| Phase | What happens | Who owns it | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 · Scope & data | SKU list, order profile, pack specs, channel map and current-provider contract terms reviewed — with boutique, custom-fit support for anything that falls outside the standard playbook. | FFE, with your ops lead | Week 1 |
| 02 · Integration build | Storefronts, marketplaces and ERP connected through Deposco, then tested against real order shapes. | FFE | Week 2 |
| 03 · Inventory transfer | Inbound scheduled and received against your SKU list, discrepancies reported item by item. | FFE receives; you release | Week 2/3 |
| 04 · Cutover & first ship | Order routing flipped channel by channel. Incumbent ships its tail; FFE ships new volume from day one. | FFE, with your named contact | Week 3/4 |
Take advantage of FFE's streamlined process. Whether your timeline is a week or a month, we'll do what we can to meet your expectations.

Migration questions
What if our current provider is uncooperative?
It happens, and it is usually about notice periods and release of inventory. We sequence the transfer around your contract terms and receive in waves so you are never waiting on a single release to keep shipping.
Do orders stop shipping during the move?
No. Routing flips channel by channel, so your incumbent ships its remaining inventory while new volume routes to FFE.
How long does a migration take?
Every migration is unique, but FFE can typically complete a full migration within a few weeks. Let's schedule a Scoping Call so we can dive into the details and give you an accurate estimate.
Who do we talk to once we're live?
A named account contact, by phone. The same person through onboarding and after.
